We understand that sometimes a different size, color, or style may be more suitable for you. We are pleased to offer an exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Eligibility for Exchanges

The shoes are in their original condition, unworn, and free from any damage or signs of use.

The shoes are accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The requested exchange item is of equal or lesser value compared to the original purchase. If the desired item has a higher value, the price difference will need to be paid.

Exchange Process

Contact our customer support team within the eligible timeframe to notify us about your intention to exchange the shoes.
Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with detailed instructions, including the return address.
Ensure that the shoes are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Ship the shoes back to us using a reliable shipping method with a tracking option. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the shoes arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
Once we receive the returned shoes and verify their condition, we will process the exchange.

Exchange Options

Size Exchange: If the shoes do not fit properly, we can exchange them for a different size, subject to availability.
Style or Color Exchange: If you prefer a different style or color, we can exchange the shoes for the desired item, subject to availability.
Store Credit: If you are unsure about the replacement item or prefer to make a different purchase, we can provide you with store credit equal to the value of the returned shoes. This credit can be used towards future purchases at Vito Vellone.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Custom-made or personalized shoes.
Final sale or clearance items.
