We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the customer will have to send the product back to us first. Once we have received your return, we will examine the items to assess their condition before issuing an exchange. Any products that are not returned in the same new and unworn condition will not be eligible for exchange. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once the exchange has been authorised, you will receive a confirmation that it has been processed.
Please note, products returned to us without prior notice may not be exchanged.
